She finally got Flickr.

She doggone gone and done it. Red finally got Flickr. For those of you who haven't yet checked out this past weekend's Camp Shack pictures, you simply must do so. They're classic. Also newly Flickred are pictures of the Twins game and after party from the weekend before.

Speaking of Twins game, my dad is trying to weasel his way out of attending this Friday's game. He wants to drive all the way to the cities on Saturday morning, pack my shit up, drive to Duluth the same day, move all my shit into my new apartment, and proceed to drive home to Tower...ALL IN THE SAME DAY! What the hell?! Okay, I made that last part up. I'm pretty sure he'll opt to sit on my deck drinking beer and watching the harbor activity rather than drive home. Dad's going to live with me before long. I just know it.

Luckily, I think I sold him on driving down Friday night by promising that there would be one final last hoorah (really this time), with bike rides and pretty blue liquor, courtesy of Aurora. Who's going to turn that down?! It's going to take heaps of self-control to keep 'er tame, but I know I have to. So many bad influences!

Also, I've been meaning to bring this up for ages. I'm sure you all read Dooce, because really, who doesn't? If you don't (shame on you!), you have to check this out. Even if you've already read it, read it again. It's worth it. Maybe it's just my overactive appreciation for grammar, but I found it rolling-on-the-floor funny.
